Property Evaluation
It’s so important to evaluate a property correctly and honestly. We do a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior and take many photographs. We let you know what must be done in order to put your property on the market. Recommendations may be made for repairs and/or cosmetic touchups in order to maximize your rental income.
We Market Your Property
We market your property on plethora websites including Trulia, Craigslist, Hotpads, Facebook and JLS4rent.com.
Tenant Screening
Credit and criminal background checks are done on all adult applicants. We have a strict list of criteria that all applicants must meet. Only applicants that meet this criterium are considered.
Tenant Laws
Who can keep up with the everchanging and challenging tenant laws that property owners are subjected to? We can! That’s our job 24/7 and we’re the best! We are members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), RHA (Rental Housing Alliance), and Multifamily NW. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable on tenant law.
Accounting
Owners have access to all accounting records 24/7. We provide year-end tax statements.
Property Maintenance
We maintain excellent relationships with all our valued vendors. Our vendors are all licensed, bonded, and fully insured.
Inspections
We do move-in/move-out inspections and routine inspections at least twice a year.
